Door shows opening and closing, but door isn't moving

The door shows opening and closing when I click on the door in the app, but the door isn’t moving. Device is recently installed. Device is slow-pulsing blue. Any ideas?

I’ve power-cleared and reset the device and reinstalled the app. When I push the reset button the device flashes green, then flashes blue, then slow-pulses blue. When I unplug the device completely, it powers down, and the app still shows the door opening and closing.

Any ideas?

Please perform a wiring test described in your other topic. This will give us the idea if this is related to the connection or wiring/compatibility.

Why was this unlisted? This is potentially a significant issue that will produce an incorrect door position indication.
