I have just finished my install of the Garadget device. It is setup correctly on my network. The android app sees the device on my network. It’s connected to the correct wires on my Chamberlain MyQ Garage opener. When I use the app to open or close the door… Nothing happens, although the app shows the door opening or closing.
Can anyone explain this?

The issue is most likely due to the wiring issue or because the opener is security 2.0.
You can test the wiring by touching both screws in Garadget’s blue terminal with the piece of conductor. If the opener responds in the same way as when you push the wall button, then the wiring is correct. Otherwise you’ll need to troubleshoot the wiring. See “Door control commands are not working” section.
