Reports correctly but no control

Just installed my Garadget and it reports the status of the door great but when trying to control, the app starts the animation and stops immediately. No luck.

Just saw the post about the Security 2.0+ / Yellow button… Which is what I have.

I’ll be looking into the spare button option.

I have the same problem here, have craftsman from sears. Any help step by step Will be great. Door no respond to control
