App Not Opening/Closing Garage

I have a LiftMaster Model 1265. I have everything wired up and the app senses the door being open/closed correctly. However, when I try to open or close the door via the app, nothing happens. I tried shorting the terminals on the Garadget and the door then opens and closes. I have the wiring on terminals 1 and 2, which according to the manual are the connections for the wall opener.

Any thoughts?

Please try shorting at Garadget’s terminal screws while it’s wired up.
This way we can ensure that that wiring is solid all the way to the device.

If you have a continuity tested, you can independently check if Garadget closes the relay following the remote command. Please PM me if you confirmed that the issue is with the Garadget not responding to the command.
