Complete factory reset/start over

Is there a way to do a COMPLETE factory reset? I started out not getting push notifications, now I do not get email notifications, and I have recently changed my email address as well. I just need to START OVER.

HELP.

You can register a new account with your new email address and then move your garadget into it by repeating the setup. The controller has to be in setup mode for this: press and hold “M” until LED changes to blinking dark blue.

I was able to create a new account under my new email address, but STILL not getting push notifications???

What is your phone OS and model?
There were some issues with Samsung phones running Android not processing push notifications correctly.

I don’t get any notifications either, I think they are completely broken. Pixel 3 Android v9.
