Garadget Notification in iOS App MIssing Door Name

As of late, any notification that I am getting in the iOS app is missing the name of my garage door. It still states that it is opening or closing, but nothing appears where the door name should be. I have verified that I do have a name for my door.

Any thoughts?

Please try making a change in the name of the device using the settings page of the app. If that alone doesn’t fix the issue, then also try rebooting the device by clicking “R” button.

Please PM me your device ID and desired door name, I’ll check things out on the server.

FYI - I was having the same problem (i.e. no name showing up). Resetting it as suggested worked for me.
