I tried several times to reset device, blue light flashing but my app on samsung s8 garaget app does not see device

I do not get to the screen of selecting the photon…it does not find any devices I downloaded the app and installed it but the download will not open so I can view binary file
Please try holding “M” button for about 10 seconds until you see a burst of quick dark blue blinks.
This removes all saved WiFi connections.
I’ve got it running seems it was designated to someone else. After we did the master reset everything works great and still does. Thanks again for your help
