My phone app hasn’t been working since last night. Every time I select the app, it just sits there loading. I’m able to access via my PC but wondering if there’s an issue with the phone app.
Please try logging out and logging back in.
That worked for few others who reported the same issue.
Okay, this seems to be way more trouble than it should.
Naturally, I forgot my password so I reset it.
Works great on my PC but the user name and password wont take on my iPhone.
After MANY attempts, I deleted the App and reinstalled it with the same results.
Is there a delay updating the password via the IOS App? I didn’t intend on spending an hour trying to get this to work.
When you are logging in on the mobile app, make sure your phone doesn’t capitalize any letters in login/email.
Any other ideas?
