I’m failing to receive any notifications on my Android phone. Any suggestions?
Did this issue started just recently or you never received any notifications?
I’m not certain when it started, but my guess is it’s been like this for a while. I can’t remember the last time I received one. I tried testing and the notification failed.
On Android device try to log out of your account, uninstall the app including removing it’s data and cache. Disable add data backup in google account. Then reinstall it and login back into your Garadget account.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please message me your device ID and I’ll check out things from the server side.
