I’m not sure if my device is dying but it’s gone offline on its own twice in the last day. I’ll attempt to attach a picture of the indicator light that was showing before I rebooted it. App and website both show offline. No laser, just this solid might (light blue?) Any ideas? Thanks!!!

Re. troubleshooting: the first thing to try is replacing the power adapter and micro-USB cable. Any USB charger will work for this. If the issue persists, please PM for service request arrangements.
