Some times when i open the app on my phone I get a message that says “Parse error nme=” then the only option is to click “ok”. It works after that, but what does that mean? And how can I stop that from popping up?
This sounds like the name of the door was not configured correctly.
Try logging in into the web interface and renaming the door in settings.
PM me the device ID if above doesn’t get the issue resolved.
That would make sense. I was never able to make the name change save in the app for some reason
