Red laser beam is off

Hi,

I have 2 units and they were both working fine out of the box.
I face the same issues as the rest of your users such as false alerts (light issues) and too many notifications. Still, I am not worried about them.

Few days back, one of the units stopped sending the RED laser beam. I can still open and close the garage door but now all the notifications are wrong.
The 2nd is still working fine.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Even though you’re not worried about the notifications, I’d suggest addressing sensor confidence situation. It can be as simple as changing the threshold setting. Other solutions are also available.

As for the unit with the laser issue: please check that the setting for the scan period is what you want it to be. If everything looks right then please send that unit back for exchange.
