I have two Garadgets, one is working ok. I keep getting notifications for my other Garadget but I don’t get the garage door icon in the app as if it doesn’t exist, anyone help please?
Try re-adding the missing unit from your account. Press and hold “M” button on the controller until LED switches to blinking dark blue, then click on “add door” in the app and follow the prompts.
Hi Denis, thanks for the the quick reply. What’s confusing is why do I still get notifications when the unit is not even on the app?
The push notifications subscription must be still on the server.
Please PM me the device ID if you want that cleared.
