Hi there, I’m not sure why but the garadget app gives me a “stopped” status for my garage door. I thought it might have been the laser sensor since the device drifts a little outside the reflector tape due to the gadgets adhesive to the garage opener motor box.
Anywho, is that the issue? Is there a fix?

Stopped status happens when you command the door to close but there is no confirmation from the sensor within the configured door motion period. If the laser drifts outside of the reflective tag while the door is closed, the sensor will not be able to report the correct state.
To ensure the reliable adhesion, please make sure the surface is flat, clean and dry before applying the adhesive pad.
