Thanks for the update. From the symptoms it sounds like the encryption key may need to be refreshed.  
The [process](https://community.garadget.com/t/encryption-key-fix-fast-cyan-blinks-with-occasional-red/2272) is still a bit tech’y. Please take a look and if this isn’t something you want to deal with then we’ll handle this issue under warranty.
