Add device fails from mobile app- slow blinking cyan light

In a nut shell guys, replaced a failed USB power supply and now find myself here:

Firmware 1.24

TCP 5683 open to outside from wifi VLAN

Wifi setup to local _photon/http://192.168.0.1 seems ok and can feed it my wifi details from here.
Local WPA2 wifi is open to all MAC’s, unit gets a local address on this wifi fine.
But that’s as far as it gets, TCP:80/443 are not open on the unit’s assigned local I.P and I’ve got a slow flashing cyan light on the device, and nothing registered in the app.

3 second reset/10 second reset have not changed the outcome.
Even tried device setup via/USB/particle io after creating an account but still no dice.

Any suggestions. be a shame to have to bin it when seems so close to working (again)

Prerry much the problems i had previously, moved on to a much better, chepaer and reliable door opener now I’m afraid…everything has its lifspan.
