All of a sudden no door is shown in the app, so I cannot open or close the door from the android app. Web app is still working… Any help is appreciated
Please try logging out and uninstalling the app, then re-installing it back and logging back into your account (in that order).
If that doesn’t address the problem, please PM me that account details and I’ll look into it.
