Android app: retrofit.RetrofitError: 403

I have uninstalled/reinstalled app and same error message. Running Pixel 3 XL Android version 10 patch level 1/1/2020

Note I can connect to my garage door through web cloud just fine. This started a few days ago.

Update: fixed issue by logging out of app and logging back in. Clearing data and reinstalling the app wasn’t enough to fix this problem!?!

On many Android devices the data is backed up and restored in your Google account. Re-installing the app doesn’t always clear the data.
