I tried to claim the device from Claim Device but nothing happens when I enter the device ID and click on “Claim Garadget”, I see a 404 error to https://api.particle.io/v1/devices in the JavaScript console when trying to submit the form.
Trying to set it up in the app I get this:
What is the LED indication on your Garadget at the time you receive this error message in mobile app?
LED is slow pulsing cyan
That’s good, it means that the controller is connected to the server.
Please make sure it remains connected when you are claiming it via the web interface.

Are you referring to the consumer version (all black) or Control4 version (round with white top)?
The consumer version is discontinued and hasn’t been available for sale for years.
