Cannot log into the app

Bought Garadget over a year ago for my smartthings hub, but was never really able to get it to work. I’ve switched to Home Assistant and am trying again. However, I cannot log into the app.
I have 2 personal email addresses, both give the error “Permission Denied” when attempting to set up a new account.
And both give the error “Could not find a user with the supplied email address” when attempting to reset my password.
I am sure I set up at least one of these email addresses previously, but now everything on the app is inaccessible.
Any tips on getting these accounts reset so I can log into the app?


I figured it out! I was using a VERY old version of the smartphone app. I assumed that it would have updated, but it did not. Uninstall and reinstall and i’m logged in.
