For the past two days the blue led has been constantly flashing. I tried a reset with no results. I tried to reconnect the unit to no avail. Any suggestions?
Is it dark blue and slow flashing or cyan and fast flashing?
It’s cyan and fast flashing.
This indicates problem connecting to the server. Is there an occasional red blink between the cyan?
Just the cyan blink, no red.
Please try taking it down by removing M4 screw and setting up in proximity of the router.
I finally had time to get the device down. I have it powered up next to my router but still nothing.
Is there a way to test it with another WiFi network? Good option is to set up phone as WiFi hot spot or ask neighbor for temporary access.
If nothing else we can exchange your unit, but from the LED indication it doesn’t look like it’s a problem with hardware.
