Does your garage have windows? The issue may be related to the ambient light interfering with the sensor.

The reflection is 3%
The threshold is 30
I just opened the app. It is showing the door as opened. I called my wife and she installed st the door is closed.
With the closed door, the reflection should be 50+, the default/recommended threshold setting is 10.
Please make sure the laser is pointed at the center of the reflective tag when the door is fully closed.
