Garage door not opening without holding the button

ever since the update I have had issues opening and closing the garage door. with the app it only opens a few inches then stops. When i try to open it with the garage door button it does the same thing unless I hold the door opener button until it is a 1/4 of the way up. Can you tell me how to fix this issue. I loved the product until the update it was the only one that had never failed until now.

To change the access point you put your unit in the listening mode by pressing and holding “M” button until LED starts blinking blue, then you follow the “add door” process from within the Garadget app of your choice.
