In order for me to normally close my garage door I have to hold the button down on my keypad. This seems to prevent my Garadget from closing my door. Any suggestions?
This mode of operation is often required when the garage door opener does not have obstacle detection sensors connected. This ensures that the user remains in the garage and observes the door until it fully closes.
Garadget is not designed to hold the button pressed, and even though such functionality can be added through the firmware modification, more importantly it is unsafe to operate the door remotely without the safety sensors in place.
