Ifttt email notifications applet can't conect

I updated my ifttt account to pro because I was limited to 3 applets. I can no longer connect the garadget email notification on open and close applets. The error I receive is ‘there was an error updating this applet.’ I receive this error for both the open and close email notification applets.

I have also noticed that my IFTTT Applets have been failing. When I try to reconnect them to Garadget, IFTTT says there’s an error

Do you re-connect individual applets or re-connect Garadget account with IFTTT?

I had to unlink garadget in ifttt and re-add it – then the errors went away.
