We have a Craftsmen 41ac150-1m that has only 4 slots. Red, White, White, Black. No free slots. What do we do?
I did find a manual online and this is what it said:
NOTE: When connecting multiple door controls to the opener, twist same color wires together. Insert wires into quick-connect holes: white to white and red/white to red.
So which is red and which is white when I have blue/black wire?
Yes, terminals 1 (red) and 2 (white) on the opener are to be shared between the wires from wall button and those coming out of Garadget
There is no difference between blue and black; any polarity will work, though make sure that wall buttons wires return into their previous spots.
