Been using the IOS app for a while, now it doesn’t open garage when clicking on door symbol, logged into Android phone it works properly. Any ideas?

Are other screens of the app (settings, alerts) functioning as expected?
Did you try to re-install the app?
Yes everything in the app works fine except clicking to open door. I did remove from phone and reinstall.
Did it work at any point before? Are you able to control the same door from the same phone using the web interface?
I cant even install the ios app. It says it is not available in the US app store. Did it get pulled?
