Laser Dead after 1 1/2 years

Hi there.
I’ve been using our garadget successfully for 1 1/2 years, and love it.
Just last week the door stopped mid-opening or mid-closing. I’ve powered the device down, removed it from the app, and reinstalled it.

Laser is so dim that even at night, shining directly on the reflective patch, the reflectivity reported in the app is 0%.

Current status:
System 2.0.1
Firmware 1.24
WIFI Signal Quality excellent
Status - showing open for 28 minutes, but it has been closed all this time. Laser is hitting the reflective patch but can barely be seen even with the lights off in the garage.
Reflection- 0%
Scan Period - Every second

I’ve followed every suggestion that I can find and no improvement. Is my laser dead after 1 1/2 years?

I’d recommend trying a different power adapter to rule that out. If power is fine, then please PM for the service arrangements for your unit.

Thanks for your suggestion. After trying, it is currently working. I will monitor over the next week and see if it is resolved.
