Legacy 650 door opener red light issue, remote and wall switch doesn’t work. The + and- buttons do let door up and down

When I press the wall switch or remote the unit clicks but doesn’t move.
The plus and minus buttons will let door up and down. I suspect that the unit need to be reset or reprogrammed. Please help
