I updated to the new app because the old one stopped working 
On the alert setup screen at the bottom there is an alert labeled “departure alert”. This seems to match up with the description for the “location alert” in the help screen. Did the old version of the app call this “location alert”?
Departure alert would be more accurate name for it because the alert only triggered on departure. Keep in mind that the feature relies on the GPS coordinates from your phone and can potentially increase the battery consumption. The timeout alert can also do the job if you forgot to close the door and doesn’t rely on coordinates.
