Garadget connects to an external pulse signal terminals (18 and 19).
I have attached to the correct terminals. I also have it attached to a wall switch in the garage. It seems that I can only have one attached at a time as when I wire in both the gadget and the wall switch only the wall switch will work. The gadget works when wired without the wall wires attached. I would really like both. Can you help please.
Can you confirm that Garadget is connected to the same terminals as the wall button?
When not sending the command Garadget’s contacts are open so it should not interfere with any existing circuitry.
Yes to 18 and 19 terminals. I have twisted the wired from the wall and the gadget together so definitely connected
Just check the two wires are not shorted at the connection point. As mentioned earlier, Garadget should not interfere with existing circuits because normally its contacts are not connected to anything and stay open until there is a command from the app.
