Marantec Garage door opener acting up

Hello, I am a Marantec garage door opener. It was all working fine till recently its acting up. The garage door shows status of open even though the garage door is physically closed. Upon clicking it in the app, it renders the animation of opening. But then re-clicking to close cause the door to stop mid point. The door and the app were working all fine. The issue just started very recent. I almost think it could be related to the new firmware upgrade. Any ideas/thoughts/suggestions?

When door is closed, please make sure that the laser is still pointed at the center of the reflective tag.
If it it then please check the settings page for the reflection and threshold values. With the closed door the reflection should be higher than the threshold setting.
