I can use the Garadget successfully from the iPhone app. But when I log into the web interface https://garadget.com/my I do not see my door and if I try to add one, I get an “Organization not found for user.” error.
Any ideas?
Do you happen to have a generic Particle account with the same email address?
ahhh yes… I didn’t when I bought this but I used teh same account to sign up with Particle.io the other day… So, do I do a hard-reset by holding the M button and signup from scratch with a new email?
Yes, it’s better to use different emails to resolve the ambiguity.
And yes, to move your Garadget to a different account hold M for 3 or so seconds until slow blue blinks and start registration process from the app as you did the first time.
