For some reason I can set and reset and reset and reset again and again, but the Time Zone keeps changing from the one I set it to (Central Time US and Canada). I have changed it (corrected it) in both the app on my iPhone 6 and the web app on my MacBook. I’m not sure what I might be doing wrong as it seems so simple. Sometimes the “From” and the “To” set times also change. Any insights are appreciated.
What platform are you using? iOS/Android? There’s a fix coming out for that area of the iOS app in next release. You can use web interface while the issue gets resolved.
I’m using the iOS app on my iPhone and the web interface on the MacBook.
There was an issue with the timezone values in iOS app which was fixed in the recent release.
Please update your app to the current version.
