My unit has been acting up lately. Today It would not connect even after being power cycled. When it did connect the app would show “Unknow Variable: doorStatus”. I have logged out, logged back in. Force closed the app, rebooted the phone…etc.
Then I tried to factory reset the garadget, It makes it through most of the setup process but fails at the end. I can see it connected to my network and it has an IP address but I cannot get to it in the app and trying to re-do the setup process ends with the same results.
Anyone have any suggestions?
