Not receiving push notifications on Android or ios app is there a server problem?
As of 2 days ago I stopped receiving alerts from both of my devices.
I also stopped receiving opening / closing notices several days ago. . I have posted two messages to this board requesting assistance, with no response. I have signed out / signed back in, reloaded the app, turned the unit off then on and re-connected it. Previously this issue had to be resolved on your end, but the lack of response is making me search for other alternatives to the Garadget.
Also not receiving email notification although I did receive confirmation email that email alerts were enabled
Now recieving email alerts. I wonder if the latest ios
update has anything to do with the push notifications, I read some people having notification issues with other apps after updating.
Uninstalled and reinstalled App on IOS now receiving notifications all is well
