I keep getting Door Opening alerts when door has been open several hours.
What is the threshold setting for your unit?
All settings are default, so threshold is at 15.
If you receive the false notification while the door is open then the laser must be hitting something reflective.
Please check the reflection rate reported around the time the notifications happen.
Maybe the release rope in the way or the door itself.
