I’m having an issue where my Garadget is slowly pulsing green and laser not working. I tried to unplug and plug back in but same issue. Unit has been working normally for years until about 9 days ago when the system said it went offline. Any thoughts?

What is the scan period in settings?
Pulsing green. I cannot see that option in settings. Only showing me Id, name, system and status.
Have you ever configured MQTT only option?
If you need to double check, use this method to get to the embedded web interface and make sure the mode is set to “Cloud Only”.
Scan period = 1s
A power plug pull this morning seems to have fixed the issue. I will keep my eye on it…if it repeats I will try another power adapter.
