Offline message, Garadget stopped working

Hi,

Suddenly, and now for 48 days, the Garadget is blinking just white and in a different, fast pace.

I’ve tried rebooting it, disconnecting and reconnecting, app uninstall and reinstall but the same issue keeps coming on.

Would you please help me to get this working again?

Is this a consumer version (pointy, all black, now discontinued) or Control4 (round, with white top)?

In either case I would start with trying to replace the power supply. Any USB charger will work for this purpose.
