I get conflicting information on multiple devises connected to my garadget. They do not always report the same information why? One says the door is open and the other says closed.
Are all devices on the same type of system (All Android or all iOS) and using the same version of the app?
The correct status reporting is subject to a connectivity quality. For verification you can use web interface.
Yes the tablet is a Samsung tablet and the phone is a Samsung s7. Both apps are version 1.20. Sounds like Maynbe one device may have temporarily lost WiFi connectivity.
That could be it. Also please check that you have the latest app from the google play store. We’ve updated it few days ago.
