I’ve been seen a strange problem. The original wireless remote for my garage door does not work reliably anymore after I’ve installed Garadget. It’s work sometimes but more often than not, the door doesn’t respond to the remote.
My door is a Chamberlain Liftmaster Professional 1245R.
Christopher, there’s a possibility of radio interference if both devices operate in the same band 2.4GHz.
Can you please confirm that this is happening by testing the range with and without Garadget powered up.
To resolve the issue, you can move Garadget further away from opener’s antenna.
Thanks Denis ! That did the trick. I moved the opener’s antenna away from Garadget and the remote’s been working fine since.
