i’ve installed a second unit after using my first one for several months. the original system does email status to me when it opens, closes or whatever i have enable under alerts and settings. however, the second unit which is working fine, won’t email. is this a known issue or did i miss a setting for something?
Figure it out. you can’t enable emails in the app. you have to log in via a web page…apparently… to email emails.
