Hello,
My device has been offline for several weeks and I have tried a few times to get it back online. Power cycle, holding M 3 and 10 seconds, but the LED remains a solid cyan no matter what I do. Any suggestions?

Sounds like a serious hardware issue.
Did you try a different power adapter? Any USB charger will work for this purpose.
That worked! I assumed if there was a light in the device the power source was working. Thanks

Same exact problem with one of mine, and swapping out the usb power adapter fixed it for me as well.
