I tried opening my garage using the app. Opened just fine, but it is stuck on “stopped”.
Is there an override signal I can send?
You can open from stopped state using the web app. Same behavior is supported in beta versions of mobile apps.
The stopped state can be caused by the obstacle in the way of the door or by the laser sensor not getting the reflection.
Is there a way to close from the web app as well? I had to jet back home because the garage wouldn’t close.
Closing works from the stopped state in the web app. Please let me know if it didn’t work for you.
