The Gaeadget program win't work

I cannot open my Garadget program or app will not open.
My phone app works. On this page if I try to open setup, it won’t open.
The unit slowly pulses green.

Tom,
You can return Garadget into setup mode by pressing and holding “M” button for about 3 seconds. The LED will switch to blinking darker blue. This will expose PHOTON-XXXX WiFi access point and you’ll be able to restart the setup process.
