Trying to activate the app on my wife’s phone

I’m trying to log into our account on my wife’s phone and the email and password I saved in my password manager isn’t working. When I try to “reset my password” and enter my email address it says “could not find a user with supplied email address…”, yet on the app in MY phone, that same email is showing under authentication. I can only think that I’ve somehow signed up logging in through Facebook or something. How can I log her phone in so she can control the door too?

By the way, when I tried to log into this forum I needed to do it via Facebook too.

It is possible that you use a discontinued version of the mobile app.
Please uninstall the old app then visit the app store and download the most current version. In the initial screen select “existing account” and login with your current credentials.
