Unable to connect to the door

The device was working OK for past 2 weeks and now it shows offline. Tried re-connecting the power also and still unable to connect.

The network “Photon-xxxx” doesn’t even show up as available and the light is continuously teal color and flashing.

Hope I’ll get some meaningful resolution else will be returning the device as its waste of money.

Same issues here, think sometimes when there is a random internet/server hiccup. Mine has been working great for 3 weeks but went crazy today. I power cycled then I press the button closest to the back and it flashes a few times and reconnected and everything is good now .

No luck, tried all that.Power cycle, mode button etc.
