My unit shows offline with no lights to it. I’ve verified that it has power to it. Is there a way to reset it?
With the power applied there should always be some LED indication.
I trust you verified power by swapping out the adapter and the cable. If there is still no indication your unit may need to be serviced or replaced. Please PM with your order information for arrangements.
