I am constantly getting door open notifications…I have turned off ALL notifications… it keeps turning the timeout alert on by itself…it is constantly out of sync with “DOOR OPEN DOOR CLOSED”…
Please check the door sensor setup:
- make sure the laser is hitting the center of the reflective tag
- check that both laser and sensor openings are free from webs or other obstructions
- check the reflection rate in the unit’s settings when door is closed. If the it’s close to the threshold value then lower the threshold value
