My app animates the closing and opening of the door for about a full minute.
The door actually only takes 5 or 6 seconds to open or close.
I have checked the settings in the mobile app and in the web based version and it’s set to 5 seconds.
I also scoured the forum looking for anything related to the problem I’m experiencing and could not find a solution.
Can the animation be adjusted to reflect actual time required to cycle the door?
Also… I’m getting stopped messages - after the door has completed closing / opening - How can I fix this?
